And for the conditioning he gives you options to choose from and he even has a stretching routine in it if you’re feeling too burned out to do conditioning. You’ll have 3 full body lifting days and 2 “regeneration” days where you have prescribed corrective exercises to sort out imbalances or hit smaller muscles (scapular muscles, rotator cuff, hip muscles, etc.) and it’s mixed in with conditioning. From what I see in the program you won’t get bored since you will be working out 5 days of the week still. So I haven’t done beaxst yet since I was in the middle of a rerun through ax1 but I will be starting it in the new year. ![]()
